Los Angeles County Wildfire Readiness Survey

Thank you for taking this brief wildfire readiness survey.

This survey is intended for people who live in Los Angeles County. Your responses will help us better understand residents’ level of wildfire awareness, preparedness, concerns, evacuation challenges, and interest in community education or evacuation workshops.

This survey is anonymous unless you choose to provide contact information through the separate prize-entry or follow-up form after the survey is submitted. You may skip any optional question you do not wish to answer. Results may be summarized and shared in aggregate to help improve wildfire preparedness programs, community education, and evacuation planning.

Prize drawing opportunity: After successfully and completely filling out this survey, you may choose to enter a separate random prize drawing. Ten eligible people will receive a $50 Home Depot gift card, and ten eligible people will receive a $25 Starbucks gift card. No purchase, donation, or payment is necessary. The prize-entry form is separate from this anonymous survey, so your contact information will not be connected to your survey answers.
